Sarah will be hosting a soap-making workshop for us—she’s providing all the supplies, and the cost is $10 per person. If that doesn’t fit your budget, please still come! We absolutely want you there to make some soap—just send me a private message and let me know.

We’ll also be chatting about Rites of the Starling by Deveny Perry, so we get the best of both worlds: a great book discussion and a fun, hands-on activity together.
Our meeting will be held at Bluegrass Coffee & Bourbon House in Olde Town Arvada. They’ve been incredibly kind and reserved a section for us (with a power outlet!) at no cost. In return, we’ll plan to grab coffee and/or snacks—plus, they have great food if you’re hungry.
We’re booked from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM, and afterward, anyone who wants to can join for a stroll to the indie bookstore and explore some of the cute nearby boutiques.
